The formart branch in NRW, Germany’s most densely populated federal state, is known for specializing in urban living formats.
Our target regions are primarily the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Essen and Mülheim. We focus on planning, designing and constructing complete residential developments.
In doing so, we are highly oriented to innovation—one of our projects involved the conversion of a streetcar depot in Düsseldorf into a residential development. Our work is characterized by its high quality, close customer proximity and an excellent eye for urban development. We aim to create apartments and townhouses that combine character, comfort and high-end architecture.
